Tax
Current tax rate is 8.3125% (no cash discount).
Card Use for Payments
All cards are accepted with a 3% fee tacked on. We do accept cash and checks as an alternative.
Special Order Parts
Special order parts will have to be pre-paid before ordering.
Returns
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all parts returns.
No returns on special order items, tools, electrical items or custom made products, such as shocks/suspension.
No parts returns after 30 Days.
No returns on clothing or helmets.
Customer Supplied Parts
No warranty when customer supplied parts are used.
A 20% surcharge is added to the invoice if customer supplies parts. This does not apply to customer supplied tires because a $10 surcharge is already added to the tire mount.
Test Rides
All vehicles must have current insurance and registration to be test ridden.
Pick Up
A $10/day storage fee will be charged if vehicle is left over 5 days after notification of job completion.
Estimates
Estimates are at no cost. An estimate is a quote for a known repair or service which is different than a diagnosis for an unknown problem. Estimates must be signed by the customer if the work will proceed. At times the estimate will have to be adjusted and the customer will be notified. The customer agrees to authorize OCD Custom Cycles & Auto Repair to perform the repairs and furnish all materials and include any necessary sublet work in the above estimate only. Employees may operate the vehicle for inspection, testing, and delivery at Customers risk. OCD Custom Cycles & Auto Repair will not be responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in it. The estimate is valid for 30 days.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Unless stated otherwise, all parts and services sold on invoices are warranted by OCD Custom Cycles and Repair for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Wear and maintenance items, and failures due to competition, misuse, neglect or accident, are excluded from this warranty. In no event will OCD Custom Cycles and Repair be liable for or warranty failures caused by or resulting from unauthorized repairs or adjustments or the use of used or customer supplied parts and subsequently the customer shall not be entitled to recover from OCD Custom Cycles and Repair any consequential damages, damages to property, reimbursements for any downtime, reimbursement for rentals, damage due to accident or misuse, or reimbursement for any travel or towing.
