A traveler wrote a nice letter to the BMW ON magazine about a positive experience he had at our shop last summer. It got published in the August 2020 Issue! This is it below:
A Great shop in Santa Fe
Last summer, I was staying in Santa Fe, New Mexico, after a long and happy trip across the country from mid-Maryland when I realized that I needed an oil change. I phoned up the local BMW dealership, and they could not take me. I kept searching and found OCD Custom Cycles, owned by Marc Beyer, a BMW master technician and an interesting guy.
When I asked him what OCD stood for, he said, “What do you think it stands for!” The kind of guy you want to work on your bike.
He took me right away and got me going quickly. He has a clean (you could eat off the floor), friendly shop, and his business manager Franny got me going quickly.
For anyone traveling through Santa Fe and is in need of service, I would recommend OCD Custom cycles for basic work like an oil change or major fix-ups that you may require. I would be willing to bet it is cheaper than the BMW dealership.
