Local Customer is the Founder of Global Outreach Doctors
Andrew Lustig is a worldwide humanitarian Naturopathic Doctor/EMT/I and the President/Founder of Global Outreach Doctors or GoDocs. He is 1 of the 10 people the Santa Fe New Mexican recognized as “10 Who Made a Difference” in their most recent November 2022 list. He is also a customer of OCD Custom Cycles & Auto Repair and a man we personally admire.
3 months ago Andrew called with news that one of the Mercedes-Benz donated ambulances was stolen in the Ukraine. Crime and theft are very prevalent there and “do-gooders” are not immune to extortion. We made some phone calls for him to Mercedes-Benz in Germany to see if we could help retrieve the ambulance. This reminded me of how his team is constantly in danger while helping others and how he really works 24/7 to get the calls and handle each new situation.
Shortly after this when following up with him, we found that his brand new Ukraine Country Director, Peet Reed had been killed. A missile that hit his ambulance on February 2, 2023 while he was rendering aid.
